After the tour has been booked, you receive a booking confirmation and invoice as soon as possible. We’d like to receive the invoice back signed, including a 10% deposit, with a minimum of € 50,-. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the date of the excursion. For all arrangements a minimum participation of 10 persons applies. In case of cancelation of the excursion up to two weeks prior to the scheduled excursion, 10% of the package will be charged, with a minimum of € 50,-. If an excursion is cancelled on shorter notice then two weeks, the total fee of the booking will be charged.
We do not organize activities on Sundays.
