Working method

As soon as we composed and discussed an arrangement with you, we send you a confirmation, which should be signed and returned to us, including an advanced payment of 10% with a minimum of € 50. The outstanding amount needs to be paid at the latest 14 days before the date of the excursion.

For all arrangements, a minimum of 10 participants is required.

In case of cancellation until 2 weeks before the excursion date, 10% of the price, with a minimum of € 50 will be charged. In case of cancellation within 2 weeks of the excursion date, the complete amount of your arrangement will be charged.

We do not organise activities on Sundays and public holidays.
